This Privacy Policy explains how Coderg Technologies handles information when you visit our website, contact us, use one of the software products we develop and operate, or engage us for software development services.

Coderg Technologies is a Sole Proprietorship in India, registered as CODERG TECHNOLOGIES with Udyam Registration Number UDYAM-UP-08-0053747, and is owned and operated by its proprietor, Deepansh Dubey. Its place of business is 202, Ground Floor, Patiyali Sarai, Budaun, Uttar Pradesh, India. We are the business responsible for the information described in this policy.

Individual products may publish their own privacy notice covering product-specific details. Where a product notice differs from this policy, the product notice applies to that product.

We collect only what we need in order to respond to you, provide our products and deliver our services. Depending on how you interact with us, that can include the categories below.

Where a product requires an account, we collect the details needed to create and secure it — typically a name, an email address, and a password stored in hashed form. Depending on the product, this may also include a phone number or organisation name.

You can update your account details from within the product, or by contacting us.

When you use our contact form, email us or call us, we receive the details you provide — for example your name, company, email address, phone number, the topic of your enquiry and your message.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Payments for our products and services are processed through our authorized payment partners. Card and bank details are entered with the payment processor, not with us, and we do not store full card or bank account numbers on our own systems.

We do receive and retain transaction-related information such as the amount, currency, date, status of the payment, an identifier from the payment processor, and billing details needed for invoicing and record-keeping.

Payment processors handle your payment information under their own privacy policies and terms.

When you use our website or products, we may receive technical information automatically, such as:

• pages or screens viewed and actions taken within a product;
• dates and times of access;

Our website also links to a third-party scheduling service so you can book a call with us. That service is only reached if you choose to follow the link, and any details you enter there are handled under that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Secure payments are processed through our authorized payment partners. When you make a payment, the information needed to complete the transaction is shared with the payment processor handling it, and is governed by that processor’s privacy policy.

None of the products developed by Coderg Technologies — including Kaanuni Paramarsh, ParthOne, SplitWisely — holds, stores or transfers money on your behalf.

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for as long as required to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

• Account information is kept while the account is active, and for 1 year after it is closed.
• Enquiry and correspondence records are kept for 1 year.
• Transaction and invoicing records are kept for the period required by applicable law.

When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. These include encrypted connections, access controls, and limiting access to the people who need it.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and tell us promptly if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

• confirm what information we hold about you and access it;
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete information we no longer have a reason to keep;
• close your account;
• stop sending you non-essential messages, at any time.

Our products are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will remove it.
