This Privacy Policy explains how Coderg Technologies handles information when you visit our website, contact us, use one of the software products we develop and operate, or engage us for software development services.

Coderg Technologies is a Sole Proprietorship in India, registered as CODERG TECHNOLOGIES with Udyam Registration Number UDYAM-UP-08-0053747, and is owned and operated by its proprietor, Deepansh Dubey. Its place of business is 1868/13, 3rd Floor, GP Ext., Kalkaji, New Delhi, DL 110019, India. We are the business responsible for the information described in this policy.

Individual products may publish their own privacy notice covering product-specific details. Where a product notice differs from this policy, the product notice applies to that product.

We collect only what we need in order to respond to you, provide our products and deliver our services. Depending on how you interact with us, that can include the categories below.

• Account information
• Contact and enquiry information
• Payment-related information
• Usage and technical information
• Content you choose to submit

Each of these is described in the sections that follow.

Where a product requires an account, we collect the details needed to create and secure it — typically a name, an email address, and a password stored in hashed form. Depending on the product, this may also include a phone number or organisation name.

You can update your account details from within the product, or by contacting us.

When you use our contact form, email us or call us, we receive the details you provide — for example your name, company, email address, phone number, the topic of your enquiry and your message.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Payments for our products and services are processed through our authorized payment partners. Card and bank details are entered with the payment processor, not with us, and we do not store full card or bank account numbers on our own systems.

We do receive and retain transaction-related information such as the amount, currency, date, status of the payment, an identifier from the payment processor, and billing details needed for invoicing and record-keeping.

Payment processors handle your payment information under their own privacy policies and terms.

When you use our website or products, we may receive technical information automatically, such as:

• IP address and approximate region derived from it;
• browser type, device type and operating system;
• pages or screens viewed and actions taken within a product;
• dates and times of access;
• error and diagnostic information.

We use this to keep our services running, diagnose problems, understand which features are used, and protect against misuse.

We keep this to a minimum. This website uses no advertising cookies and does not sell or share anything for advertising purposes.

Two things are always stored in your browser: the choice you make on the cookie notice, and your light or dark theme preference. Both stay on your device.

Analytics only runs if you accept it. We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they reach. Its scripts and cookies are loaded only after you choose Accept on the cookie notice. Choosing Essential only means Google Analytics is never loaded and no analytics cookie is set.

Anything we add in future that is not strictly necessary will be listed here and will run only if you accept it on the cookie notice.

You can clear this at any time from your browser settings, which will also bring the cookie notice back. Products with accounts may use their own strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in; those are described in that product’s own notice.

We use the information described above to:

• provide, operate and maintain our products and services;
• create and manage accounts;
• respond to enquiries and provide support;
• process payments, issue invoices and keep financial records;
• diagnose problems, improve reliability and develop features;
• detect, prevent and address misuse, fraud and security issues;
• send service-related messages such as account, billing or security notices;
• meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Google Analytics (Google LLC) is the one third-party service that receives information about your visit, and only if you accept analytics on the cookie notice. It receives the usage and technical information described under Usage information — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser — and processes it under Google’s own privacy policy. If you choose Essential only, nothing is sent to Google.

We do not share enquiry details with a CRM, marketing platform or advertising network, and we do not sell personal information.

The website is also served from hosting infrastructure, which necessarily handles the technical request data described under Usage information.

If we engage a further provider — for email delivery or error monitoring, for example — this section will name it before the change takes effect.

Our website also links out to a third-party scheduling service so you can book a call with us, and to WhatsApp so you can message us. Both are ordinary links: nothing from either service is embedded or loaded here, they are reached only if you choose to follow the link, and anything you send or enter there is handled under that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

No payment processor is integrated with this website at present, and no payments are collected through it. Fees for services are invoiced and settled directly.

We are in the process of selecting a payment provider. Once one is in place, payments will be handled by that provider on its own systems: card and bank details will be entered with the processor rather than with us, we will not store full card or bank account numbers, and this section will name the provider before it goes live.

None of the products developed by Coderg Technologies — including Kaanuni Paramarsh, ParthOne, SplitWisely — holds, stores or transfers money on your behalf.

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for as long as required to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

• Account information is kept while the account is active, and for one year after it is closed.
• Enquiry and correspondence records are kept for one year.
• Transaction and invoicing records are kept for the period required by applicable law.

When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. These include encrypted connections, access controls, and limiting access to the people who need it.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and tell us promptly if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

• confirm what information we hold about you and access it;
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete information we no longer have a reason to keep;
• close your account;
• stop sending you non-essential messages, at any time.

Write to codergtechnologies@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some information may need to be retained where the law requires it.

Our products are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy as our products, services or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated, and material changes will be communicated through our website or by email where appropriate.
